What is the difference between a will and a trust?
Can I download my documents?

Yes. Once you have navigated through the question interview you will be prompted for a review of your information. Then you will be prompted or payment by debit or credit card. The complete document set will appear on the final web page as pdf files.  Each can be downloaded. 

Can changes be made to my documents?

Yes. Changes can be made at any time in the process. This includes after the final documents have already been generated. Simply return to the section you would like to change and advance to the final document page again. The revised documents will be available for download.

Is my information shared with any third parties?

No. Your information is completely confidential. 

How to I get back to the documents I started.

You may login to your documents by returning to Instantfamilytrust.com and selecting your chosen plan again. This will take you back to where you left off. You may also create a link to your interview once you begin at any time. It appears at the bottom of the interview as ‘save link to continue later’. You will be emailed a link to pick up where you left off.

I already have a Will and Trust. Will this automatically replace it?

Yes. These documents state they are replacing previously executed documents.

How do I add more gifts or cash as situations change?

The documents can be amended at any time to reflect the new changes. There is also a form included where gift of personal property can be hand written with the item, location, and beneficiary who will receive the item.

Can I view a sample of the documents?

No, the documents can be viewed after you have completed the interview. We have a no hassle refund policy if your not completely satisfied.

How do I purchase the documents?

You will be prompted for a payment once all areas of the interview questionnaire is complete.

Does my document have to be notarized?

Notarizing a Will or Trust is NOT a legal requirement to create valid documents. However, every document is usually notarized because it provides better proof that that the Settlor signed it since the Settlor cannot testify as to their signature when the time comes.

What are the most common mistakes made when creating a will and/or trust?

Failure to: properly designate personal items, specify benefits to the beneficiaries, properly select the successor trustees, change the will or trust when circumstances have changed, properly fund the trust.
